Ecole Montrose Trickster Theatre Residency

This is a Trickster Theatre Residency Project page with Ecole Montrose. Soon this will house the amazing things that are to come from our collaboration.

Ecole Montrose Trickster Theatre Residency

We aim to make meaningful changes within the world by exploring issues with students through performance and physical engagement.

  • Full Project Summary

We work with all the students, faculty, and artists to create original performances that focus on global issues in an effort to make a change.

  • Project Outcome

We will work together, learn lots, have a ton of fun, put on an amazing show and perhaps make a meaningful change both at home and around the world.

  • How to create projects

Only a school site admin can set up new projects. Ask you teacher to get help in setting up a project page. Once set up you can write blog articles to support your project.

New Projects can be of many types: an event, a take action project, a study, or a Trickster Residency.

  • What is Trickster Theatre

Trickster Theatre hosts weeklong residencies in Alberta schools. We help create an original show with up to 500 actors - on any theme. We provide the lights, curtains, sounds, costumes, and more!

Kids Go Global - Explore, Act, Inspire.

Kids Go Global is a place for Elementary, Junior and Senior High schools to explore Global Issues and then work alone or with NGOs to take action locally and internationally. It also supports students acting out the issues using theatre and provides opportunities to share student work and projects. It is a partnership between schools, NGOs and Trickster Theatre.
