It Stops Now it Stops Here…Bullying

Why we chose to participate in this cause…
Paige: I have been bullied in the past and I know other people who are seriously affected by it and I really believe that this is worth stopping!

Aisha: I chose to participate in this cause because when I was younger I got bullied through grade 3 to grade 6. The bullies would say really harsh things to me that made me doubt myself, and made me really self conscious. Bullying is a really bad thing and it should be stopped because it makes your mind go into a really dark place.

Chloe: I chose this cause because I’ve seen kids get bullied before and I really want to stop it. I have also gotten bullied before in grade 2 when this person pushed me just because of certain flaws.

Amelia: I chose to join this group because I wanted to make a difference, every day I see some sort of bullying. The younger kids see the older kids as their role models and when they bully someone the kids who see it think it is ok and it gets worse and worse I think we can help make a difference.

  • How to create projects

Only a school site admin can set up new projects. Ask you teacher to get help in setting up a project page. Once set up you can write blog articles to support your project.

New Projects can be of many types: an event, a take action project, a study, or a Trickster Residency.

  • What is Trickster Theatre

Kids Go Global - Explore, Act, Inspire.

Kids Go Global is a place for Elementary, Junior and Senior High schools to explore Global Issues and then work alone or with NGOs to take action locally and internationally. It also supports students acting out the issues using theatre and provides opportunities to share student work and projects. It is a partnership between schools, NGOs and Trickster Theatre.
