First Nations Health - Residency
Ermineskin School, with the support of Maskwacis Health Services, will look at various issues their community faces when it comes to healthy living. These topics will include nutrition, mental health, dental hygiene, and the dangers of smoking.
Students will create performances, using props to represent how to properly clean your teeth, how much sugar is put into beverages, and how to avoid the pathway to addiction.

Project Outcome
Through examining these topics, we will improve the overall health of our students and community. We will offer them information in various areas that they will be able to apply to their everyday life. Our goal is to increase awareness of these issues, and give students a means to improve both their physical and mental health.

How to create projects
Only a school site admin can set up new projects. Ask you teacher to get help in setting up a project page. Once set up you can write blog articles to support your project.
New Projects can be of many types: an event, a take action project, a study, or a Trickster Residency.
