We are a Calgary school. We care about the world we live in. This year we're bringing our focus close to home and looking at the Calgary floods of 2013.

Our 2014 residency is looking back on the Alberta floods of last June: the people and communities affected and the resiliency of rebuilding. We want to connect people through shared experiences. With the help of Trickster Theatre we will be exploring the stories of our community and building the experiences into a show to be performed for the school and for the public.

We are hopeful that we can create a positive and long-lasting change to the world around us.

Our School

Kids Go Global - Explore, Act, Inspire.

Kids Go Global is a place for Elementary, Junior and Senior High schools to explore Global Issues and then work alone or with NGOs to take action locally and internationally. It also supports students acting out the issues using theatre and provides opportunities to share student work and projects. It is a partnership between schools, NGOs and Trickster Theatre.
