Bishop Kidd School
Our students come from 23 different countries and they are proud to be Canadian. Some have come from refugee camps, where each day was a challenge just to survive. Some have come from war-torn countries, where corrupt governments offered them no protection. Some are first generation Canadian. About 19% are FNMI and 69% are learning English as their second language. At Bishop Kidd, we are the portrait of Canada 150 years after confederation. We are proud of this diversity and want to celebrate it.
