Mennonite Central Committee Alberta

Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is an organization that works around the world, partnering with communities to end conflict, poverty, hunger, racism, and support people as they build long lasting solutions for their communities. MCC began in the 1920′s in response to the oppression, hunger and suffering of Mennonites in Russia. Since then, MCC has expanded and now works in 65 countries, with 1000′s of partners and tens of thousand of staff and volunteers.

Kids Go Global - Explore, Act, Inspire.

Kids Go Global is a place for Elementary, Junior and Senior High schools to explore Global Issues and then work alone or with NGOs to take action locally and internationally. It also supports students acting out the issues using theatre and provides opportunities to share student work and projects. It is a partnership between schools, NGOs and Trickster Theatre.
