Stop the Nightmare: Stop Global Warming!

As part of the kidsVEST initiative our class has developed and designed nightlights that will help inspire people to Go Green as well as raising money for the David Suzuki Foundation to raise money to help stop global warming.

  • Full Project Summary

Along with our nightlights we are also preparing a series of awareness events, including one called Paint Them Green, during which everyone who has purchased a nightlight will be able to help us paint someone green.
We also plan on posting photos of green activities around the school to help inspire people to Go Green.

  • Project Outcome

We hope to raise at least $200 for The David Suzuki Foundation.

  • How to create projects

Only a school site admin can set up new projects. Ask you teacher to get help in setting up a project page. Once set up you can write blog articles to support your project.

New Projects can be of many types: an event, a take action project, a study, or a Trickster Residency.

  • What is Trickster Theatre

Trickster Theatre hosts weeklong residencies in Alberta schools. We help create an original show with up to 500 actors - on any theme. We provide the lights, curtains, sounds, costumes, and more!

Fore more information, please visit the Trickster Theatre website.
