Our school is exploring a range of environmental and human rights issues through theatre with the Tricksters this week. We can’t wait to learn how we can make an impact on a global scale and all the awesome innovations that are helping the planet and people around the world.

  • Full Project Summary

Our school is making a theatre production around ideas of environmental and global responsibility. Let’s learn what other people are doing to help, and how we can join in. It’s going to be a fantastic week of theatre, learning and global thinking!

  • Project Outcome

We will build a show with the whole school involved for a production at the end of the Residency week.

  • How to create projects

Only a school site admin can set up new projects. Ask you teacher to get help in setting up a project page. Once set up you can write blog articles to support your project.

New Projects can be of many types: an event, a take action project, a study, or a Trickster Residency.

  • What is Trickster Theatre

Trickster Theatre hosts weeklong residencies in Alberta schools. We help create an original show with up to 500 actors - on any theme. We provide the lights, curtains, sounds, costumes, and more!

Kids Go Global - Explore, Act, Inspire.

Kids Go Global is a place for Elementary, Junior and Senior High schools to explore Global Issues and then work alone or with NGOs to take action locally and internationally. It also supports students acting out the issues using theatre and provides opportunities to share student work and projects. It is a partnership between schools, NGOs and Trickster Theatre.
