Sea to Sea - Residency

During this 5-day residency, the students at Horace Allen School will work with professional artists from Trickster Theatre to create an original performance for their family, friends, and community members.

Sea to Sea - Residency

During the residency week, students worked with the Trickster Theatre group to explore the journeys taken by immigrants as they journeyed to their new homes, animals as they migrate, waters as they flow to the oceans, and the journeys taken as the railroad was established and then connected our country.

  • How to create projects

Only a school site admin can set up new projects. Ask you teacher to get help in setting up a project page. Once set up you can write blog articles to support your project.

New Projects can be of many types: an event, a take action project, a study, or a Trickster Residency.

  • What is Trickster Theatre

Trickster Theatre hosts weeklong residencies in Alberta schools. We help create an original show with up to 500 actors - on any theme. We provide the lights, curtains, sounds, costumes, and more!

Kids Go Global - Explore, Act, Inspire.

Kids Go Global is a place for Elementary, Junior and Senior High schools to explore Global Issues and then work alone or with NGOs to take action locally and internationally. It also supports students acting out the issues using theatre and provides opportunities to share student work and projects. It is a partnership between schools, NGOs and Trickster Theatre.
