Light Up the Philippines

0%100%

Each candle holder is embossed with the flag of the Philippines to remind people about the cause we are supporting. We will be selling the candle holders throughout our school, and donating all proceeds to The Red Cross to support disaster relief in the Philippines following the Typhoon Haiyan.

  • Full Project Summary

We also plan on having a candlelit march through our school to raise awareness about the issue. Anyone who has purchased a candle holder will be able to participate.

  • Project Outcome

We hope to raise at least $200 for The Red Cross.

  • How to create projects

Only a school site admin can set up new projects. Ask you teacher to get help in setting up a project page. Once set up you can write blog articles to support your project.

New Projects can be of many types: an event, a take action project, a study, or a Trickster Residency.

  • What is Trickster Theatre

Trickster Theatre hosts weeklong residencies in Alberta schools. We help create an original show with up to 500 actors - on any theme. We provide the lights, curtains, sounds, costumes, and more!

Fore more information, please visit the Trickster Theatre website.
