Braeside School Trickster Residency

We just worked with Trickster Theatre to create a show about the N/a’an ku se Foundation on Namibia, Africa. It was awesome!

There were many things that we explored using theatre. Conservation and the life of the San Bushmen were just two of them. Everyone in the school performed in the show and got to contribute to making it.

  • Full Project Summary

Not that we have created the show our goal is to continue to stay in contact with N/a’an ku se and learn more about life in Namibia.

  • Project Outcome

We will learn a lot about the issue that we choose to base our show upon. We will create a great show, and we will use this as a springboard to make a difference in the world!

  • How to create projects

Only a school site admin can set up new projects. Ask you teacher to get help in setting up a project page. Once set up you can write blog articles to support your project.

New Projects can be of many types: an event, a take action project, a study, or a Trickster Residency.

  • What is Trickster Theatre

Trickster Theatre hosts weeklong residencies in Alberta schools. We help create an original show with up to 500 actors - on any theme. We provide the lights, curtains, sounds, costumes, and more!
