My Go Green Work With Palm Oil

Capitol Hill School

Learn about the work I have done for KGG in go green.

For my Kids Go Global work my issue was deforestation for palm oil. What the issue was is that thousands of hectares of some of the land with the most biodiversity in the world for palm! My goal is to help prevent this loss and preserve the beautiful land. Palm oil is grown in Rainforest’s and the once beautiful land will be gone forever. To help prevent this encourage your favourite brands to use RSPO sustainable palm oil or look for the green palm label.

Kids Go Global - Explore, Act, Inspire.

Kids Go Global is a place for Elementary, Junior and Senior High schools to explore Global Issues and then work alone or with NGOs to take action locally and internationally. It also supports students acting out the issues using theatre and provides opportunities to share student work and projects. It is a partnership between schools, NGOs and Trickster Theatre.
