Clarence Jaycox School is a First Nation school located in Loon River, two hours North of Slave Lake. We have 135 students ranging from Kindergarten to grade 12.

Our role is to support any educational initiatives that result in school improvements and that positively impact on the quality of education provided for students. Supporting the local education authorities, and networking with Aboriginal organizations, Indian and Northern Affairs Canada, the Provincial Ministry of Education, School Boards, and Secondary / Elementary institutions is an important responsibility of the Education Department.

Kids Go Global - Explore, Act, Inspire.

Kids Go Global is a place for Elementary, Junior and Senior High schools to explore Global Issues and then work alone or with NGOs to take action locally and internationally. It also supports students acting out the issues using theatre and provides opportunities to share student work and projects. It is a partnership between schools, NGOs and Trickster Theatre.
